...how do you deal with it?
Luckily I have a good hubby who I can talk to
but when I get stressed, I just want to pull the covers over
my head and hibernate.
I so wish I could be that person that just takes it all in stride.
Do you think that can be learned?
Like, now?

I have a bad habit of internalizing it. That's not good! HAHAHA But I try to read magazines, soak in the bathtub, you can download meditation/relaxation apps on your phone and use your earbuds to listen to it. I guess do things you love and make time for yourself. Also make monthly trips/appts with your local day spa. A massage always helps.

Darling Sheri... yes, it can be learned. I had this exact conversation with my girlfriend when I was back in Melbourne. Some of the things I do to deal - exercise, even if it means I sleep less, plan things to look forward to, find something to smile about every single day and talk to my husband. The thing to remember is you always come out the other side and you'll have achieved things you didn't think were possible. Have a lovely weekend (and a long bath!)
aww i agree its good to have close friends and partner to share your feelings or when your down. also relaxing and taking time off from your routine is really important for me. i would take holiday every 3 months while working to beat the stress.
